The fourth quarter of 2024 saw interesting trends among the top food delivery apps in Norway on the iOS platform. Data from Sensor Tower provides a detailed look at the weekly downloads and active user activity for these applications.

foodora: Food & Groceries maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads peaking at around 20K in late December. Active users increased steadily from 25.7K at the start of the quarter to approximately 54.7K by the end.

Wolt Delivery: Food and more experienced a consistent download rate throughout the quarter, with numbers hovering around 3K to 4K. Active users reached over 54K in early December, showing a significant peak before a slight decline towards the year's end.

Too Good To Go: End Food Waste saw a gradual decline in downloads, dropping from 2.7K in early October to around 1.7K by late December. Despite the decrease in downloads, active users remained robust, starting at 108K and ending at approximately 65K.

Oda - Online grocery store had a modest download activity, peaking at 1.6K in early December. Active users showed a stable pattern, with a slight increase from 6.3K to 7.4K during the quarter.

Finally, HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery downloads declined significantly, starting at over 1K and falling to just over 300 in early December, before a slight recovery. Active users, however, showed a positive trend, increasing from 19.5K to 25.1K by the end of December.
